Preferences
Use the Preferences dialog to set General Preferences for your PC2Me Server as well as preferences for individual features.
General Preferences
- Auto Start
Check this box if you want PC2Me Server to start automatically when Windows starts.
Then exit PC2Me, and restart it from the PC2Me desktop shortcut or from the Windows Start menu (open Windows Start, then All Programs, then 1stWorks Corporation, then PC2Me, then PC2Me).
Note: You must log into Windows as some user to cause the auto start. Alternatively, you can eliminate the password on the only user and it will auto start then.
- Require Login Password
Check this box if you want the Username & Password prompt every time you log into PC2Me remotely from the PC2Me Plus native app. Otherwise, the native app uses a stored username and password.
- Mute PC during Remote Playback
Check this box to set your computer so that it does not play audio while PC2Me is sending audio to your iPhone.
- Run Mute Test (button)
Test whether your audio driver can mute your computer speakers while still sending audio to the iPhone.
- "Eyes Off"
Check this box if your want your computer screen hidden from view when you are connected to PC2Me remotely.
- Disable Desktop Tracking
"Disable Desktop Tracking" is used when you want the iPhone to remain on the same section of the desktop, regardless of which window has the input focus.
Normally, when you bring up an application from the iPhone the screen automatically jumps to the focus of the new window. Or, when a message pops up on the screen, the iPhone should jump to that window so that the user knows where the input is located.

This option is not available yet.
