Multi-Server Option

When you download the PC2Me Plus native app onto your iPhone for the first time, you give it the identity of your PC2Me Server. From then on, your PC2Me Plus native app purchase entitles you to access that specific PC2Me Server.

Can I access other PC2Me Servers from my PC2Me Plus native app?

If another PC2Me Server has a valid "Multi-Server" license, then you can.

A PC2Me Server with a valid "Multi-Server" license can accept connections from any PC2Me Plus native app.

Computer #1: Install the PC2Me Server on the first computer, and register it with an email address and identity.
iPhone: Download the PC2Me Plus native app, and give it the identity of computer #1.
Computer #2: Install the PC2Me Server on the second computer, with a different email address and identity.
Multi-server license for computer #2: Buy a "Multi-Server" license from PC2Me.net/buy.asp for the second computer. You get a 24-character unlock code. Right-click the tiny PC2Me Server icon, select Registration & Unlock, type or paste in the 24-character code, click Enter, and wait for the Unlock Processed message.

This PC2Me Server is now able to accept connections from any iPhone through the PC2Me Plus native app, provided the person connecting knows the correct PC2Me Server username and password.
iPhone: On your iPhone, start the PC2Me Plus native app. Tap the bright gold identity. That opens a keyboard.

Type in the identity of computer #2 and click Search. The identity on the main page changes, and when it turns bright gold, you're ready to connect to the computer #2 identity.
From then on, to switch between them, tap the bright gold identity, select the other identity from the list and click Search.

PC2Me Server licensing

A PC2Me Server is licensed for one computer per registration. Your license does not support installing the same PC2Me registration and license on multiple computers, even if you plan to access them only one at a time. If you plan to switch between multiple PC2Me Servers, you need a separate registration, identity and license for each.

To permanently transfer your PC2Me Server registration and license to another computer, contact PC2Me Support at support@pc2me.net.
